We would like to inform you that the European Union Regulation 2016/679, issued on April 27, 2016, updates and enhances the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

  • Gender
  • City of Residence
  • Password

This information will be stored and processed solely for purposes directly related and instrumental to the provision of the requested service and for the following purposes:

  • Purposes directly connected and instrumental to service delivery, such as website navigation or effective use of the connected App;
  • Commercial information activities related to Radio Sanremo products and services, with your informed consent;
  • Purposes indirectly connected and instrumental to service delivery, such as participation in prize contests;
  • Statistical analyses;

The processing will be carried out using paper and electronic means by the data controller and the data processor, with the observance of every precautionary measure that ensures its security and confidentiality. This will last as long as your membership in our community, or as is related to the exercise of rights connected to the provided service. Providing your personal data allows us to offer you a better service, without prejudice to the rights reserved for you as outlined below. We remind you that data belonging to special categories (such as sexual orientation, political opinions, pending judgments, etc.) will not be requested by us and will therefore not be subjected to any processing. receipt of the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to a data controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and the right to transmit those data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller to which the personal data have been provided;

object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you.

You may also lodge complaints with the Privacy Guarantor Authority based in Rome.

SANREMO NETWORKS AND MEDIA S.R.L. reserves the right to conduct random checks on the actual validity of the account since it is essential for valid participation in our Community that each individual corresponds to only one account.

Each account must correspond to an individual person. SANREMO NETWORKS AND MEDIA S.R.L. will not be responsible for the truthfulness of the data declared by users, whether they are adults or minors. SANREMO NETWORKS AND MEDIA S.R.L. reserves the right to suspend or delete any accounts suspected of abuse, improper use, or that undermine public faith, at its sole and indisputable judgment.
